Services

Broken? We'll make
a new one.

From car parts to household odds and ends — we scan, model and print them in plastics that often outlast the original.

Main service

Spare parts for cars

A snapped bumper bracket, trim clip or knob — and the original is discontinued or costs a fortune? We scan the broken part, rebuild it in CAD and print it in a tough plastic.

  1. 01

    Scan

We scan the part with a handheld 3D scanner — bring it to our Klaipėda workshop or ship it to us by post or courier from anywhere in the world. Got a file (STL, STEP, OBJ), a drawing or photos? Send them by email or through the website. For large files (over 25 MB), zip them or send a link — WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox.

  2. 02

    CAD design

We rebuild the broken areas and reinforce weak spots so it lasts longer.

  3. 03

    Print

Printed in ASA, PETG-CF or another suitable plastic — resistant to heat, UV and impact.

  4. 04

    Kept on file

We keep your part's model. Lost it or broke it again? We'll print another — no new scan needed.

Appliance parts

Remote battery covers, fridge shelf clips, dishwasher wheels, washing-machine knobs.

3D scanning & CAD

A digital model from a part, a drawing or even a photo with measurements. You can get the file too.

Plastic signs

Safety and prohibition signs, house numbers, door plates. ASA lasts for years outdoors — unlike paper.

Prototypes & small batches

From one test piece to a few hundred units — without expensive injection moulds.

Garden machinery parts

Trimmer spool covers, hose connectors, lawnmower clips and handles — back to work the same week.

Brackets, jigs & fixtures

Mounting templates, tool holders, drill guides and adapters made to fit your equipment — we measure, model and print.

We also make

01Interior trim clips & fasteners
02Bumper brackets
03Window-regulator gears
04Mirror & seat mechanism parts
05Furniture & door fittings
06Bike & motorbike mounts
07Electronics enclosures
08Assembly jigs
09Board-game inserts

We don't print safety-critical parts (brakes, steering, seat-belt systems).

STEP 02

We print it

Calibrated machines, monitored layer by layer. Cleaned, supports removed, finished by hand.

STEP 03

Delivered

Collected locally or posted across Europe, carefully packed. Most orders ship within 48 hours.
